Message:One thing I have actually noticed is there are plenty of fallacies regarding the banking institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosure. One misconception in particular is the fact that the bank wants your house. The lending company wants your hard earned dollars, not the home. They want the bucks they lent you having interest.
